Richard L. Yelverton III

Trey was born in Orlando, Florida and lived in central Florida until he was 12 and his family relocated to Hendersonville, North Carolina. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Asheville, Trey worked in Asheville and Hendersonville before deciding to head to law school. Trey and his wife, Erin, moved to Southern Pines after law school graduation and their first son was born here. Trey, Erin, and Riley returned to Hendersonville for several years to be closer to family and where their second son, Cash was born. Having been back in Moore County for over 10 years now, Trey, Erin, and their 2 sons now live in Pinehurst. When not working Trey enjoys hunting, fishing, most anything to do with the ocean, trying out new restaurants and enjoying old haunts, and spending time with the family’s 3 rescue dogs.
